The combustion air terminals feature a conical design with solid-angle openings that generate a controlled swirling airflow for optimal mixing.<\/p>\n<p>The gas nozzles are crafted with a specialized geometry that minimizes vortex shedding effects, effectively preventing hotspot formation on the burner surface across all power settings. It offers an impressive turndown ratio of 10:1, allowing precise control over output. At full capacity, the burner operates with an excess air level between 20% and 30% to ensure optimal combustion efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>This modular design provides great flexibility, enabling the creation of a wide range of burner matrix configurations tailored to specific process requirements.
